I was brought on to manage inner-city projects. Mission Hill and SOLO projects combined value of approximately $50million. Both are mixed use development projects.(Commercial, mulit-family).

My daily responsibilities for these projects are as follows;

As owner and operator, my biggest asset was business development and Customer relations.

I was responsible for all sales, estimating, job costing, making business decisions. Managing multiple projects at any given time. We worked on a verity of projects including but not limited to Major loss in Hotels, Condo's, Low rise Townhouses. Full Commercial buildouts , New Construction in Multi-Family ,High End Single Family.

I was also honored to work with a great group of investors that bought projects out of foreclosure to help with project cost assessment prior to buying and following the project through to completion.

As I've been an owner and operator i look at ever project from a unique view point. I have an eye for quality and have a very high level of standards and exceptions on completion of projects.
