Training martial arts - I really like this because it helps me unwind and get me in flow state, as well as to cultivate a mindset of self-understanding, humility, and self-mastery all embedded in movement. My dream is to compete in 2028 Olympics for boxing and then to go professional after, I have only one fight so far, but my goal has always been to be proactive with my career and master my defense offense and positional understanding to as many I can learn before I start competing to minimize brain damage. I love the sport and art of MMA, kickboxing, different avenues of grappling, and boxing, but boxing is my strong suit by far.
Studying film study and analyzing fights - Fight IQ is a big part of martial arts, and I really like seeing how other fighters fight and strategize. It's no different than watching a Chess analysis, a good film study has aspects of strategy, analysis, and light storytelling to set a context for the gambit or setup, defensive or offensive. I am not very good at chess but I like the mindset of chess players and admire how much work they put in to understand the game to a complete degree.
Cooking and health - I love to cook at home because of how you see the whole process, from the raw food to the finished meal. I am a home cook who likes to experiment with different spices, ingredients, and cooking styles. Recently I've been trying to recreate the soup base of happy lamb with no recipe and from scratch by examining the soup base when I go to the resteraunt to eat. Sometimes I'm a little off and sometimes I'm very off but it's a part of the process and it tastes better every time. I like to try and add Brocolli, carrots, or Konjac for my health, but I'm also all for eating burgers or a pizza after a high intensity workout!
Hanging out with my dog - I love spending time with my Dachshund Loki, we are like brothers and he is an inspiration to me on how he is so brave and courageous even though he is almost always at a size disadvantage. He is really sweet and can be very silly at times.
