As Manager for La Grande Roue De Montreal, I was responsible for the security and
proper operation of the Wheel on a daily basis. I managed onsite staff training, in both daily operations and emergency protocols , collaborated with with SIM to create all emergency evacuation procedures, and spearheaded all communications with the municipal and provincial governments. I was an integral part of our international management team.
I created a highly specialized contact list for parts and third-party contracts and was part of the team that negotiated terms with all outside contractors (landscapers,
window washers, etc..). I led the team that developed an industry -specialized application to assist operators in managing a giant observational wheel.

Ensuring trailers are loaded to maximum capacity following proper loading guidelines, and to assisting when possible.Informing appropriate parties when freight will be late, or if there is an issue with the freight.
