• Conducting top duties daily and review of previous day/shift results, highlighting areas of improvement for production line with General Motors;
• Reviewing shift targets, communicating quality discrepancies and alerts to other management member, discussing continuous improvement methods and coordinating team discussions for progress opportunities;
• Participation and certification of compliance among employees and quality assurance maintenance of standards;
• Performance maintenance and assurance of consistency within Polyvalence requirements (Magic Square Level);
• Conflict management and low level resolution;
• Coordination and performance of routine and non-scheduled operations, including preventative maintenance, hazard awareness and communication with team members;
