Managing the design process from the start of Schematic Design to 100% Design Development acceptance. This required collaboration at a very technical level with Architects and Design Consultants. Conducting end-user engagement meeting ensuring that the users' business needs were understood and incorporated into the design. Consulting with equipment manufactures and system integrators to ensure correct equipment selection.

Managing the design and implementation of security and technology systems for new construction, renovations and infrastructure upgrades.

• Vancouver General Hospital: The OR renewal project.
• Peace Arch Hospital: ER & OR expansions.
• BC Hydro; NERC compliance upgrades at multiple sites, province wide.
• Cadillac Fairview: Pacific Centre and TD Bank Building, atrium upgrades.
• Hudson Pacific Properties: Tenant and base building improvements at Bentall Towers 1 - 4.

Managing a regional engineering team, providing consulting services to clients in BC and Alberta.

• - UVic New Student Housing and Dining Complex.

Developing enterprise sales solutions. Front-end design development. Product selection. Initiating bid processes, pricing, teaming and proposal strategies.
