Currently providing horticultural services and gardening to private residences in the Dundas and Burlington area. Clients receive complete year round property care including snow removal. Property maintenance programs include annual planting, pruning (both cosmetic and medicinal techniques), perennial and tree planting, container gardening and care. Turf management includes fertilization, pesticide and insecticide applications as well as IPM management.

Performed daily site checks and monitored weather. Hired and managed employees for each site. Assisted with the installation and removal of snow plows, spreaders, and other necessary equipment for winter operations. Site Supervisor at Jurvinski Hospital. Responsible for keeping the grounds safe at all times. Monitoring before and during snowfalls, salting, snowclearing walkways, entrances and parking lots as well as snow removal. Supervised on site crews during snowfall events. Operated and maintained all site equipment as well as salt inventory.

Shop steward of demolition division. Supervised rental of tools and equipment for multiple crews performing demolition services. Regular care and maintenance of all equipment and tools including skid steers, saws, water pumps, cut saws, generators and various small engines.

Scheduled deliveries and pickups of materials and equipment from job sites.

Provided horticultural services to city owned properties and parks. Lead a crew of students in daily tasks and beautification operations. Leadhand of Sam Lawrence Park and Gage Park. Performed all tasks from annual planting, cultivation and rejuvination of city parks. Operated all city owned equipment  relavant to the task at hand.

Worked in winter operations under the City Parks Dept. Operated plows, tractors and salters.

Demonstrated products to customers, discussed features and redirected objections to capture sales. Helped customers to identify and control pests and diseases. Operated the lawn care division of Cedar Springs Landscaping. Provided turf services and sales to over 200 residential and commercial clients. Responsible for insect and weed identification as well as fertilizer applications and proper treatment of landscape pests and diseases. Performed care and maintenance to all equipment.
