Surfaced and designed production molds using NX software. Responsible for new builds and engineering changes. Responsible for sending cut files to floor.

Designed and surfaced tools using Visi software. Was responsible for full design process including feasing out new tool data, surfacing tool, full design, BOM creation, ordering manifold, etc.

While on the floor I helped to retrofit outsource tools to ensure that they would run properly.

First 7 years I was a tool maker. Responsible for all aspects of tool build (machining, spotting, trouble shooting, detail work, preparing tools for try out.)

Last 3 years I spent as a designer. Responsible for designing production tools using SimLink and Solidworks softwares. Responsible for sending cut files to floor.
