• Responsible for opening and closing the store on a daily basis, assisted in the general layout and display of the store post renovation.
• Primary salesperson and floor manager who trained all new junior associates in receiving, pricing, display and customer service.
• One of the two main buyers for the store, setting up new accounts, choosing new product lines and establishing them in the local market.
• Cleaned and tidied shop on a daily basis, plus arranged for general repairs of building such as plumbing, roof, brick work etc.

• Long time key holder, opening and closing the shop daily and overseeing all daily floor operations.
• One of two principle purchasers for the store, taking care of the ordering and subsequently the display and of all styles of music from around the globe.
• Trained all new staff on shop procedure, protocol and customer service.
• Primary salesperson for over 20 years.
