• Manage multiple sub-trades throughout construction. Ie, deep utility and piling install
• Spearhead labour and material cost reports to manage costs.
• Supervise assistant superintendents & general foreman on productivity weekly to maintain schedule.
• Prepared and planned worksite logistics, equipment usage and manpower
• Provided leadership, insight and mentoring to coordinators, general foreman, superintendents & project managers
• Ensured project followed all contractural obligations including the full project agreement
• Communicate and interface with owners, consultants and stake holders through weekly meetings
• Chaired project meetings.
• Work along side estimating on future pursuits
