  • Personnel: Interviewed and recruited top tier international teachers to the school board. Responsible for the supervision of 45 school staff and 500 students.
  • Fiduciary: Managed to work within a school budget with the challenges of opening a new school in the middle of a world pandemic.
  • Governance: Worked with a school council to fundraise thousands of dollars to provide the community an exemplary playground and outdoor classroom.
  • Facilities: Worked with builders, Facilities manager staff and architects to oversee the construction of the new building with outdoor and indoor classroom and playgrounds.
