  • Over see Major Departments including VOICE, SSTK, Shipping, DA Receiving and Casepack.
  • Directly accountable for daily operations - Workday, identify and remedy any staffing issues, walk floors and visit all departments, team member and safety checks, communicate business plans and priorities, run site and terminal numbers, create emails/reports.

  • Schedule, verify Associates hours(Payroll), confirm over time and absences, approve or deny requests off.

  • Administer PEP(Performance Evaluation Program) to Team Leaders annually, as well as conduct follow ups.

  • Control and assist in hiring processes, developing and training Green Managers from various departments.
  • Use Key Performance Indicators,(KPI,EDLC and SLA) to meticulously look into ways for Teams to achieve Targets, Goals and Quotas.
  • Supervise 600-900 warehouse associates independently while on compressed weekend shifts(5am-5pm F-M).
  • Volunteer and help in Team Building activities for Associates/Team members.
  • Mentor, guide and support Associates and Team Leaders ANY time.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, enforce a strict adherence to health and safety codes/guidelines.
