As an operations supervisor & manager, I have over a decade of experience in leading and managing crossfunctional operations in the freight industry. I have successfully overseen and worked on various aspects of the inbound, outbound, and linehaul operations, ensuring proper practices, procedures, and safety standards are implemented and followed. I have also hired, trained, and mentored operations personnel on how to execute the daily plans and achieve the operational goals and metrics. In my previous roles at YRC Freight and XPO, I have demonstrated my ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with drivers, dock workers, supervisors, and sales teams, as well as with external clients and partners. I have improved operational efficiency and end times by implementing more accurate process changes and procedures, and I have spearheaded projects to optimize the workload and manpower allocation.
