Summary

With over 27 years of experience as a union/bargaining representative, I have acquired valuable insights and skills. My background as a bargaining representative, combined with my life experiences, equips me to tackle this challenge effectively.

My ultimate goal is to assist the members of the smaller units within Unifor Local 2002 in better understanding and effectively utilizing the language in their collective agreements. This preparation will enable them to meet with management confidently and defend their rights.
