I have volunteered for 25 years to date with the Simcoe County Muskoka Criminal Youth Justice  Committee where we sentence youth to non penal  penalties or sanctions. This is a program to reduce youth in court, and hopefully change their ways.It is a very valuable program.


I also sit on the following City of Barrie Committees. Barrie Property Standards Appeal Committee where I am Chair, the committee hears appeals on property orders for clean ups etc, Barrie Council Renumeration  Committee, appointed to 2026, Barrie Business Licence Appeal Committee, hears appeals of business licences, Barrie Council Election Audit Committee, going over election expenses, Barrie Recreation Public Funds Dispersement Committee.
