• 20+ years’ experience as a Pastor/Spiritual Leader
• Certified Licensed and Publicly ordained Baptist Minister
• Well versed in assessing the Patient/Family spiritual needs and the level of spiritual distress
• Proficient at providing patient and family with spiritual counseling
• Ensures that patient and family beliefs and practices are respected by the hospice team
• Great Ability to work with people of different cultures
