  • Responsible for leadership and oversight of a national team of Solutions Managers and Client Service Associates providing credit underwriting and administrative support for the Bank’s national Heath Care & Professional Group (HCP), Small Business Income Property Lending (SB IPL) and Agriculture (SB Ag) portfolios
  • In my current role I have implemented numerous process improvements and new internal resources, and as a result have been able to support a 165+% increase in the HCP portfolio, and added new support of the SB IPL and SB Ag portfolios, with no increase in staffing
  • Proposed and assisted in development of an upmarket adjudication department to eliminate multiple adjudication paths for the HCP portfolio, provided the workflow plan and tools required to support the strategy and collaborated with partners in ACE, GRM and LSSB to implement
  • Identified flawed borrower risk rating process in place for >$3MM segment of the SPP portfolio, designed replacement model and testing strategy; launched in Q2/24
