Lead Concierge
- Manage a pipeline of solar jobs from start finish
- Handle dealer & homeowner communication with a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Ability to work effectively with a team
- Coordinate project updates with internal departments as appropriate

- Work with Operations to monitor projects and ensure they stay on track
- Meet with our dealers on Monthly, Bi-weekly or Weekly "pipeline reviews" meetings to discuss the status of their projects
- Meet with Operations department heads regarding complex projects
- Track project credit expiration dates
- Manage Escalations
- Schedule appointments, handle confirmations and rescheduling if necessary
- Daily phone calls with customers, main point of contact for clients
- Discuss Solar design plans with clients and handle change requests if necessary
- Lender/Purchase/PPA change order submissions and confirm all parties have signed
- Experience with Aurora software
- Assist other team members with document resigns, customer/sales representative escalations
- Provide guidance & support to team as needed
- Train new employees and ensure ongoing development
- Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
- Communicate company updates, goals, and expectations to the team.
Project Acceptance Member
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of project documentation submitted by dealers & sales partners
- Submit projects to financing lenders after careful review
- Assess pre-install roof condition; generate a roof bid if unsuitable for install
- Determine electrical interconnection method and identify need for service panel upgrades or best method for the customer & ESP while following Utility rules and regulations.
- Regularly communicate with internal and external partners, doing so with clarity and professionalism
- Synthesize information from multiple sources and formats to determine project viability and eligibility to have successful installation.
- Verify production, placement using solar technology.
- Apply best practices to project reviews in the areas of documentation compliance, financing, and PV construction
- Efficiently manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Approach challenges with creativity and a solutions-focused mindset
- Collaborate with and support other operations teams
- Adjust to evolving systems, processes, and responsibilities
- Data entry, enter in documents & information provided from sales partners.

Assistant Manager:
- Coordinate solar project from start to completion. Completing outbound calls and provide necessary updates throughout the process.
- Keeping track of phone coverage inbound and outbound
- Be a team player and a team leader, lead by example
- Collection phone calls and directing homeowners on ways to make payments
- Share information in the team meetings to educate others on similar situations.
- Assist Management in keeping tasks and communication on track
- Be an excellent listener and communicator
- Provide timely responses to homeowner's and to internal teams regarding projects
- Provide updates on homeowner's solar project until completion
- Confirming appointments
- Manage the workload to keep on top of multiple tasks
- De-escalate any rising issues and provide details on resolutions.

- Understand the dynamics of the multiple steps in the Solar installation process, plan ahead to ensure a smooth transition in between steps.
