  • Go over each vehicle sale, check each contract for all signatures from customer and salesman. Make sure payments match computer. Fill out forms per different situations such as 8300, 262, statement of facts etc. If vehicle has a lien holder make sure all documents are present and completed that are necessary for deal to be funded.
  • Entering invoices into computer and filing into each individual jacket (file)
  • Send out mail invoices, write check and keep record of invoices for the each vender
  • Handle product cancellations such as GAP and warranty. Send out cancellation form then distribute refund to either lien holder or customer depending on the circumstances
  • Add inventory to computer, each time a new vehicle is purchased I will enter vehicle information, cost, whom it was purchased by, and pictures. I will then print supporting documents such as bill of sale, auto check and car fax.
  • Posting vehicle ads to different sites, mostly craigslist and web manager
  • Inputting title information into computer and organize based on “stock number”
  • Keep track of titles, I keep a detailed list on where each title is. If it has been longer than 30 days I begin contacting auctions/banks to track down when title will be received.
  • Help with DMV registration such as filling out back of title to transfer vehicle into new customers name with correct lien holder if necessary. Send out refunds based on how much was charged at time of sale
  • Once DMV registration is complete the file is filed away by sold date
