Steph Feddery

• I worked with three Wright House students in 2009 to introduce a service trip to Ecuador with Me to We. I was the lead chaperone for 2010 and 2011.
• In 2012, I piloted a new service trip to the Island School in the Bahamas. I went as the lead chaperone in 2012.2016.
• From 2010 to 2019, after which, I was the primary organizer and liaison between Me to We and TCS.
• Spring 2021 - I was the primary organizer and liaison between Evolve Tours and TCS.
• Spring 2021 - I introduced a new trip to Vancouver Island with Evolve Tours.
• In 2022 - I introduced a new trip to Panama with Evolve Tours

Prior to a travel position at the school, I processed trip registrations and collected documentation - including international travel documents.

For all of these trips, I work with the chaperones to help them construct their itinerary. I work with the chaperones before, during, and after the trip. This includes communicating with parents if need be, dealing with issues during the trip, helping organize chapel presentations following the trip and having a debrief with chaperones upon their return.

For the Island School, I organize, flights, medical insurance, trip cancellation/interruption insurance, book the hotel and bus transportation.

For Me to We and Evolve organized trips, I am the liaison between the company and TCS.

I oversee the budget for both service trips. I work closely with the finance office to ensure bills are paid on time.

I work with Kim in the Service office to review bursary applications and then with Phil and Al to allocate funds to students to participate in the various service trips.

• Taught all levels of Math, Grade 9 and 10 Science, Grade 11 Chemistry and Grade 11 pre-AP Chemistry

• Run the day-to-day operations in Wright House.
• I manage the budget for the house.
• Work collaboratively with my assistant, as well as the Orchard House team, and the rest of the Student Life team.
• Communicate with parents via email, report cards, and phone calls.
