At the age of 12, I began to learn how the restaurant business operates and developed most of my skills there. I started working as a server at 15, where I learned to perform under pressure while ensuring that all my customers were satisfied at all times. Over the years in the restaurant industry, I have not only honed my skills in service, but also learned how to communicate effectively in stressful situations, build lasting relationships with regular customers, and work independently on the server floor. I’ve become proficient at multitasking, whether it's hosting, running food, or taking orders, all while maintaining a high standard of service.
