• Worked within the Prospect Team to create drawings to help give a full picture of a prospective site using Bluebeam. These sketches helped facilitated sales of the firm's ability to design the best solution for the site with all the know factors.
• Trained junior employees on Bluebeam and company design standards.
• Created detail drawings for engineers on projects for any changes or communications necessary.
• Managed the safety training for the whole company, making sure all employees were up to date.

• Advisory board member to the Founding Director.
• Designated and produced the promotional brochure (including photography),
• Liaised and acted as spokesperson with local media including the presentation of information at the American Embassy.
• Involved in eliciting potential students.
• Researched, designed and sourced equipment for a playground for middle and high school students.
• Initiated and succeeded in implementing a 20% reduction in fees based on a study that examined the unique market and competition of Malta compared to the other 38 QSI schools worldwide.
• Student population growth: 2 in year 1(2007) to 45 in year 4 (2011).

• Designed layouts and presentations for remodels of corporate and residential interior spaces.

Projects included Maple Leaf Gardens Onex Corporate Box.

• Initiated and led the replacement of Kew B each School's Playground (which had been torn down by the City of Toronto - due to safety issues).
• Researched and made recommendations on design and cost.
• Raised $20,000 through fundraising initiatives for the playground (funds were then matched by the Toronto District School Board).
