  • As the English Language Coordinator, I oversee ELPAC and ELAC, continuously working with parents so they are well informed
  • I design differentiated instruction for small groups based on data analysis, focusing on meeting individual student needs. I mentor and collaborate with teachers, employing coaching cycles to enhance their instructional practices, particularly center-based approaches across content areas
  • I lead professional development sessions and integrate culturally relevant curriculum to support our diverse LA demographic effectively. Additionally, I work closely with administrators and executive directors to ensure the renewal of LAUSD charters and development of LCAP, aligning our efforts with district goals and priorities.
