Export Development Canada is Canada's export credit agency and a Crown corporation wholly owned by the Government of Canada. Its mandate is to support and develop trade between Canada and other countries, and help Canada's competitiveness in the international marketplace. My role:

  • Focus on improving and shortening customer's digital journey by anticipating and fulfilling needs
  • Lead development of comprehensive, medium- and long-term strategies for Demand Generation team, aimed at shaping every piece of content for maximum effectiveness at achieving organizational objectives
  • Participate in relaunch of EDC's national and international identities through integrated campaign blending traditional and digital channels
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across government, Crown corporations and private business
  • Conduct one-on-one interviews with subject matter experts and executives across different industry verticals
  • Conceive, develop and launch new products and solutions to boost EDC brand and deliver knowledge and insight

  • Research and master concepts surrounding top-of-mind topics like language learning models, digital transformation and Big Data security
  • Conceive, design and implement survey instruments aimed at C-suite and C-minus-one respondents
  • Clean, sort and rationalize executive survey data using Tableau and PowerBI
  • Interpret executive survey results based on client objectives and data analytics best practices
  • Distill insights from clouds of data
