My role here started as a seasonal position of Hostess with the goal of providing the best experience for every guest. Tasks included guest orientation, food service, retail sales, co-ordination with the office for deliveries and transfers, and working closely with the kitchen for special requests. Through the years it grew to off season office duties including pre-season ordering, hiring, scheduling and training. Also included rebooking guests and maintaining a relationship to build a solid client base for the company. I handled guest complaints and offered solutions to maintain high end guest satisfaction working closely with our town office.
