I am a newly certified yoga instructor. I completed my immersive 200HR training in Kaula Yoga, Shamanism and Art. I also work as a clinical office manager. I am passionate about total and complete wellness, optimal spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical health. My personal yoga practice started in 2016. From what I expected to be an exercise program became a complete body, mind and soul transformation. The connection and power that comes from slow intentional movement and breath. I have a passion for mind, body & spirit connection, calming the nervous systems, with a trauma-informed background in mental health. I have worked in the Healthcare industry as an administrative professional since 2014, moving my career into the holistic healing world in 2023. I am excited to combine my skills and passions into a long-term career. A career where I can help others connect to their own mind, body & spirit and support on their healing own journeys.
