-Responsible for intake, discharge, observation and monitoring of guests in the shelter.

-Provide moral support and establish a rapport with guests.

-Provide safe storage and recording of prescribed medication

-Ensure ongoing enforcement of policies to provide a safe and secure environment.

-Light food preparation and serving guests at meal time

-Provide laundry services and clean washrooms, kitchen, common area and shelter bedrooms
