  • Led full-cycle recruitment for a multi-plant manufacturing group (shop floor, skilled trades, supervisors, and office/management roles), from intake with hiring managers through sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and on-boarding.
  • Partnered with the GM, CFO, and department leaders to understand workforce needs, prioritize openings, and provide regular staffing updates, supporting succession planning and coverage for retiring managers and supervisors.
