*Moved up from server position to General Manager in 2018 after working with the company since 2009.

Accomplishments

    Worked alone in the restaurant during COVID shut down. I had to lay off my staff and my goal was to ensure the restaurant would not go under. I Maintained all orders, created new specials, followed safety regulations closely to ensure we could stay open while serving. During this time I worked six days a week from open to close helping all the surrounding neighborhood feel comfortable to come out and enjoy their day. I have been interviewed by many local news stations as well because of how well and noticed we were during this time.
