Staci Fraser

Thunder Bay,ON

Summary

My name is Staci Fraser. I grew up with the mindset of a chef and became and grew to which I believe one of the best female ones in town. It was my passion and my soul for 14 years of my life, it’s all I ever knew. Covid happened and I realized I needed to still be working after all of it ending and needing a new career to provide. I then turned to labour, the only other career I was born and raised on. It started with Pioneer construction as a flagger to an operator very quickly. I then moved on to North Rock. I then began my career at Lakehead Ironworks as a CNC Operator with zero experience. Plasma wasn’t the career I wanted to put my self into welding was. I’m always willing and able to learn as grow with a company that is giving me the growth back.
