- Setting up the process for production, mostly automotive parts, verifying the process parameters.
- Well experienced on Injection molding machines ranging from 60 tonnes to 2600 tonnes, including ENGEL, TOSHIBA, LG, NISSIE, ARBURG, LIENFA and BATTENFIELD.
- Programming the robots including WITTMANN, YUSHI, ENGEL and SEPRO robots from scratch or modifying the existing ones. Also, specialist in 6 Axis - ABB robot, RAPID language.
- Fabrication and design of end of arms for robot pick up, according to the product and work cell setup.
- Setting up the production line according to the cycle time demanded by the production requirements, without affecting the quality of parts.
- Mold maintenance, those can be done in the machine itself, including polishing of sliders, gate blocking, mold cleaning, lubrication, gate cleaning etc.
- Documenting the process and daily update of process parameters.
- Trial on new molds, establishing the molding parameters within the dimensional boundaries and requested cycle time.
- On site troubleshooting of machine problems, robot problems, hot runner heater issues, thermolator issues, mold issues and other equipments for production.
- Making sure the parts made are meeting the quality requirements demanded by customers.
- Working along with plant supervisor to update the production schedule and production setup schedules daily.
- Making work order for maintenance team and tool room for mold issues.
- Performed electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on equipment.
- Consistently met or exceeded production targets through diligent monitoring of processes and swift resolution of issues.
