As per my current role directly communicating with the Regional managers in France and helping them cater their requirements such as Creation of new client or making any kind of amendments on the existing account , adding the customers under the relation ship etc .
Communication to the regional managers through mails and calls as well in French language .
Prior to this I was Working on Fraud detection process and the fraud prevention system supporting the European countries.
Calling the customers on the fraud alerts, confirming the transactions and reinstating the cards
In case of loss or fraudulent transactions, blocking the cards and issuing new cards
Playing an instrumental role in reducing the fraud losses to the bank
Actively participating in all the extra curricular activities of the team
Mentoring and motivating the new team members to achieve their targets .
Assisted the French speaking customers and received many compliments as I saved their time of visiting the Branch for a translator.
