RECOVERY MANAGER PLUS (JUNE 2017 - JULY 2018)

• Worked on developing a product that performed Active Directory, Virtual Machines, and Windows server backup and restore
• Full stack development of full and incremental windows file backup
• Languages and frameworks used included C++ for the native code, Java for the backend, and the Ember JS framework for the user interface
• Experience using windows API for native code
• Enhanced the security of backups by implementing encryption for backups.

USER ENTITY BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS (JULY 2018 - AUG 2022)

• Worked on the development of a product called Users and Entities Behavior Analysis for our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) offering which involved using machine learning techniques such as RPCA, EMA, and Markov chain
• Module owner of reports, risk scoring, integration and case manager modules, where I had complete control over the design and development lifecycle
• Implemented redis cache for frequently used Database entries and keeping the entity baseline information in the cache. This improved product performance by 30%
• Served as the team's security coordinator, as well as a point of contact for the marketing and framework teams
• Participated actively in the enhancement of the code through code reviews
• Assisted junior developers by designing their modules and assisted them in the code implementation part
• Assisted the technical support staff in troubleshooting and resolving a large number of customer issues within the product.
