· As a L2, Im responsible for daily activities and handling production support issues related to Subscription, Invoice, Payments, Bill runs, Revenue & Netsuite integration.
· Handling MEC/Admin activities in both Zuora Billing and Revenue
· Performing reconciliation activities between Zuora Billing & Zuora Revenue, Zuora Billing & Netsuite, Zuora Billing & Avalara, Zuora Billing & Adyen. (Billing, Booking, Taxation, Payments)
· Working closely with Order management team, Billing team, Revenue team to ensure smooth daily operational activities
· Debugging issues in Zuora workflow and raising it to L3 team with findings/solutions for enhancements
· Testing quarterly release upgrades of Zuora revenue and Netsuite, submitting the test results to the Finance team for review and sign-off.
· Closely working with customers across US, UK and Beijing hours and assisting them through calls when required.
· Providing User access and defining user roles, initiating Bill Runs as Zuora Administrator
· Testing the various business scenarios and providing user stories as part of process improvements
· Connecting with Business/Clients/Stakeholders for prod support bugs, Credit/Debit Note issue, Refund issue
· Performing Country deployments(Product Configuration) for multiple entities/currencies and performing sanity checks at E- Commerce front end application
· Analyzing the invoice posting failure to NetSuite and providing the fix to post
· Escalating the issues to higher-level teams, third party teams, Zuora teams and users to resolve issues faced.
· Handling SOX & Audit controls like ITGC01,02,03,12 and key reports.
