Honeywell Aerospace embarked on a strategic product lifecycle program, to help support its vision of virtual product development to manage product definition information such as geometry information, electrical - software specifications and product manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling P3/P4 Incident support for Teamcenter and NX Application requested from Honeywell Team end users within the SLA (Service Level Agreement) time frame.
  • Initial Root cause analysis of P1/P2 incidents and co-ordinating with Admin Team to fix the issue within the SLA time frame.
  • Proactively monitoring and observing Alerts and taking preventive action for a smooth Teamcenter application run.
  • Participating and validating the Teamcenter Application after every Deployment, Upgrade, Production patching and Quarterly maintenance performed by Honeywell team.
  • Gathering all the P3/P4 incidents report for preparing weekly and monthly metric reports for management.
  • Based on the metric reports, root cause analysis will be done in detail and take the corrective action to avoid the future or repetitive incidents.
  • Coordinating and helping team for smooth handling of P3/P4 incidents.
  • Creating training documents, SOPs and FAQ for new joiners to the team.
  • Detail testing in QA Environment before to production deployment.
  • Work with SIEMENS GTAC support team to file an IR and close follow up to get a release cadence of critical issues.
