Project : Residential Mortgage Recovery Application I worked in the mortgage banking division of Morgan Stanley that specializes in the servicing of residential mortgage loans. This System is to assist the mortgage division to recover money from defaulters. This system helps recovery department agents to interact with borrowers and analyze the reason for default, current financial status of the borrower etc., this system will help the agent to come up with recovery plan, to collect default amount from the borrower.

Project: Loan Management Insurance Application The two major projects I have worked on are Loan Management Insurance and Customer Administration Tool. Loan Management is a system where clients can create an application for a loan, check the status, and manage the loan Insurance. The second project was to create the customer administration tool to manage the users. The users can control their settings and manage their profile through this tool.
Responsibilities:
Project: The scope of the project was to create middleware to reduce burden on Telus Telecom core services. Middleware was created to address customer queries who wanted to get new phone numbers through Telus Retail channel, Online channel, and Sales rep devices.

Project: The Web-based application called Risk Analysis and Control System (RACS) was created for internal use. The goal of this project was to design and develop a web-based user-friendly and efficient application that would provide internal users with a tool to conduct the credit risk assessment of potential customer and to reevaluate the credit risk involved with a current customer. The RACS application is integrated with Sales force CRM application and financial planning tool.
