C360 is a one stop web-based application for all Banking and Credit teams to manage Loan approvals, Loan Documentation and Client Records.

• Built Credit360 platform from ideation to launch, overseeing entire product development lifecycle
• Drafted detailed product requirements in Confluence, resulting in successful digitization of the Credit Adjudication process and boosting efficiency of banking and credit teams by 32%
• Developed comprehensive roadmaps, planned key performance indicators (KPIs), and effectively communicated plans to leadership team and stakeholders

• Assisted in development of new Product and drove Product strategy for Supply Chain Financing team, helping bring in more sales with customized product offerings
