CustomServicing (October,2023 - Till Date), for a major timeshare client in US

• The requirement of the project was to built a data integration layer for the legacy Case management data into more insightful snowflake database/data model which can be leveraged for insightful reporting.
• This project is implemented with Informatica Cloud DI and Mass Ingestion tech stack to integrate the legacy data into saleforce case management module and create a reporting layer in snowflake for end user reporting and audit.
• Implementation of the project would benefit the sales team and legal team to get near realtime data analysis over current case management data.

Down payment provide (April,2023 - July,2023), for a major timeshare client in US

• The requirement of the project was integrate newly onboarded down payment provider data into the existing payment warehouse/data marts
• This project was implemented with Informatica Cloud DI with multi layer of API calls to APIGEE services to get near realtime data on prospects, approval, credit, debit information into the payment mart.
• Implementation of the project has helped the client to have near real time data available in payment data mart for accurate credit/debit information to be shared with various stake holder and closing GL audits.

Genesis Program (Oct 2022 - March,2023) for a major timeshare client in US

• Customer was at a critical point with existing enterprise data warehouse after getting segregated from it's parent Group. The entire scope of project was to integrate the client current data into the existing EDM model coming from a new source system OFSLL.

Customer uses Data Warehouse and OAC to store, leverage and get insights from data for Agents, Member, Payment, Charges,Reservation and Contract details.

Following were the key business needs along with Digital transformation

• Integrate the payment to Charge model on a details and summary level.

• Integrate Snapshot facts and Atomic facts with WD data through multiple transformation and business cases. The challenge was to integrate dimension modelling which was restricted to a star schema.
