• Monitored progress of production tasks for on-time delivery by communicating with artists daily and utilizing tracking softwares (ShotGrid, Google Sheets, etc).
• Developed and maintained documentation to aid with submissions, naming, etc.
• Attended meetings with various departments, took notes, flagged appropriate items.

• Received 1:1 training on the Animation Pipeline and related softwares (most notably Autodesk ShotGrid)
• Participated in workshops and presentations related to projects to gain knowledge.
• Sorted and organized files, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Shadowed production staff on various projects.

• Helped set up and clean locations, sets, and production areas.
