Volunteer Work

I am currently the Vice President of Operations of the Indigenous Student's Union at the University of Alberta. I was voted into my position by my peers because I was accepted as the best person for it. Some of my duties include attending weekly meetings, having open communication with my team, and keeping our communal space stocked with food and other necessities. As a representative I also sit on a number of different committees such as: the Council of Faculty Association's Member Services Committee, the Sustainability Committee, as well as chairing the Safer Spaces Committee that I created to focus and educate on harm reduction.
