I have spent the past two years working at the Fairmont Banff Springs in Canada. I began as a steward and worked my way into the events department. Starting off with Events Set Up, providing the structure of the events ranging from 2 to 1000pax. I currently work serving events ranging from conferences, weddings, tour groups, reception style and more. My experience is broad from starting off in hospitality shift managing in a chain restaurants to similar work in a leading barista role. I have also managed caseloads of people support in a care environment.
