From an early age, I’ve always wanted to play football about 2 years ago after graduating that want faded away but i also had a thing for law enforcement. My interest in law enforcement cones from a deep respect for the dedication and integrity required in the field, as well as a desire to make a positive impact. I have always been committed to discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving—qualities that I believe are essential in a law enforcement career. My uncle Reynaud Wallace and Rodney Wallace played a big factor in my decision to wanting to join the police department. Through my academic studies, extracurricular activities, and any volunteer work or leadership roles (football, training people in the gym, and cutting hair), I have developed strong communication and critical-thinking skills. Additionally, I am eager to learn about police procedures, community engagement, and the responsibilities of law enforcement professionals. Joining the police cadet program is an important step toward my goal of becoming a police officer. I am motivated to gain valuable experience, work alongside experienced officers, and develop the skills necessary to contribute to the safety and well-being of my community. I am ready to take on the challenges of this program and uphold the values of professionalism, respect, and service.
