I retired 2 years ago after a very difficult experience with the Covid Virus. After years of nursing, this was by far the most difficult experience of my life.
Now, I feel I would still be useful in some form of patient care. Although I still have an active RN license, I do not feel I need to work in an RN role, I would welcome direct interaction with patients, I feel I can still be useful and beneficial.
I am a patient-oriented Nurse with 40 years of diverse experience in direct patient care, staff supervision and department operations. Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing patient needs and daily assignments.
I retired 2 years ago, but I'm still very active. I do not have any mobility, or cognitive issues, and absolutely still enjoy biking, as I've just signed up for a 35 mile bike ride in Santa Barbara.
