Nava is an analytical and resourceful graduate student with more than two years of experience in counselling, mindfulness, student support and crisis intervention. Growing up in an international environment, Nava is culturally attuned and is proficient in English, Khmer and Japanese. She is a passionate learner of the human mind and behaviour, and is committed to an ethical practice in mental health and psychology. Outside of work, Nava can be found reading, spending time in nature, talking with friends, and volunteering on helpline.
