During my internship as a reporter at Shenzhen Media Group, I gained a lot of experience and am good at translating professional content into news knowledge that is easy for the public to understand. I have excellent interviewing and cross-departmental collaboration skills, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of news reports. In addition, I am proficient in office automation and visual design tools, which, combined with data analysis and visual presentation, significantly enhance the ability to capture reporting hotspots and market influence.

• Communicate with suppliers: If there are external suppliers such as catering or equipment rental, the Event Assistant usually needs to maintain contact with them to ensure that they are in place on time and provide the required services.
• Participate in event process design: Sometimes they are also involved in planning the event process to ensure a smooth transition at each stage.

• Help develop fundraising plans and design event formats such as auctions, charity dinners, donation drives, etc.
• Send thank-you letters and reports to donors, regularly update the progress of fundraising activities, and maintain good relationships.
• Track donor contributions and ensure that all donations are properly recorded for follow-up.
