As the Administrative Coordinator for the Sustainability Department of my company, I am exposed to more opportunities and expand how I communicate with suppliers, internal, and external stakeholders. These are my day-to-day responsibilities, which are only expanding.

• Coordinate the usage of alternative fuels and raw materials for sustainable cement production.
• Track and manage inventory.
• Navigation of the procurement process.
• Team collaboration.
• Assist my manager with the development and implementation of new policies.
• Create a monthly scorecard for alternative fuels.
• Monthly visits to the cement plant and the suppliers.
• Handling all issues regarding invoices.
• Facilitate communication between internal departments.

I worked as a CSR for the concrete industry. Working here allowed me to understand the complexities of the product. My responsibilities included:

• Handling customer accounts.
• Take concrete orders, and make changes as requested.
• Building relationships with existing and potential customers.
• De-escalation of customer issues.
• Inter-department collaboration.
• Provide product knowledge when requested.
• Assist my manager with different initiatives.

While working as a CSR, I had the opportunity to work at our busiest concrete plant, shadowing the plant manager for a week. There, I learned:

• Concrete batching.
• Create daily reports, and manage tickets.
• Conflict resolution among the truck drivers.
• Operations of the plant.

In 2019, during my summer break from university, I did a bunch of seasonal work. I am mentioning relevant experience.
