Lead treatment coordinator, presenting treatment plans for restorative, surgical and endodontics. Liaison between specialists and patients. Review financial responsibilities with patients and over see a very fast paced office. Train associates and help implement protocol. Schedule Drs to goal on a daily basis. Responsible for scheduling patients with pending treatment plans. Coordinate appointments with several specialists once referred out. Collect patient portions, help in back office if/when necessary, Help with making sure the daily schedules are running as efficient and productive as possible.

I started working in this dental office strictly as front office. We lost our assistant due to relocation and since I had extensive back office experience, we hired another front office employee, and I was moved to the back office.
