• Responsible for the smooth running of our Global Integrated Facilities Management system to track/attend employee service request and feedback, recommend and take remedial actions in a timely manner.
• Monitor expenses in the finance tools and manage to the approved operating budget.
• Contact with the local landlord/building management team to ensure good up keeping of the building.
• Manage and Process various work related Visa's for US, Singapore & European countries.
