Proficient in problem-solving and known for my teamwork, I possess excellent planning and decision-making abilities. With a decade of experience as a physiotherapy lecturer, I have contributed to curriculum development and delivery. My commitment lies in facilitating engagement and supporting learning objectives to achieve program outcomes. I am also experienced in academic advisement, teaching, and proctoring.

• Collaborated with teams in both Gondar, Ethiopia, and Kingston, Canada, on the development and implementation of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program. This program aimed to enhance professionals' capacity in rehabilitation and disability studies, introduce Occupational Therapy education in Ethiopia, and expand knowledge through community-based rehabilitation in the country.
