  • Negotiated with national unions (CUPE, ONA and SEIU) to resolve workplace grievances within timelines and participated in grievance mediation, arbitration and union bargaining discussions to timely form new collective bargaining agreements for the organization
  • Conducted cultural assessments in teams with rising concerns leading to complaints dropping by 30%
  • Lead and closed workplace investigations, progressive discipline discussions and terminations to address policy infractions which contributed to increase in adherence to organizational policies

  • Conducted employee engagement and connect sessions (open office hours, team skips etc) resulting in highest employee engagement scores across network for 2 quarters.
  • Launched short term contracts (ranging from 1-3 months) to fulfill seasonal peak requirement and designed benefits for the contractual workforce for the call centres. Awarded HRBP of the Quarter (Q3 2021) on successful roll-out of the project
  • Supported and ramped down highest number of seasonal associates (~500) without the site witnessing any escalations/employee relations cases. Awarded HRBP of the quarter (Q4 2020) on completion of the ramp-down
  • Created an attrition management framework to mitigate and monitor attrition across aligned sites. This framework yielded YTD annualized attrition (24%) below network target (40%) and network average (27%)
  • Lead employee relations investigations and involved in coaching senior leadership to manage sensitive discussions. Due to this, aligned sites had the lowest occurrence employee relations cases.
