- Got promoted from Cadet (1st rank) to Master Warrant Officer(second last rank) over the course of 5 years
- I managed my company of 30 cadets for 4 times when the Company Sergeant Major was not there and made sure that everything was running as usual.
- I assigned lessons to senior cadets so that the training nights run smoothly.
- I taught over 30 lessons focusing on survival skills, drill movements and team leadership.
- I supervised over 10 marksmanship nights and sports nights.
- I made sure that cadets’ uniform is up to standard by conducting inspections and providing tips for improvement.
