  • I served as a post-excavation archaeologist and lithic analyst on multi-phase archaeological projects across British Columbia, combining fieldwork, technical writing, and laboratory analysis. Conducted archaeological impact assessments and site alteration studies across diverse sites, including significant work for the Trans Mountain Expansion Project. This included pedestrian surveys and subsurface testing for cultural resources ahead of forestry, residential, recreational, and transportation developments. In the lab, I undertook detailed artifact analysis, particularly Middle and Late Palaeolithic stone tools, along with artifact photography. My technical writing responsibilities were extensive, involving the use of ArcGIS mapping software to create detailed maps, and authoring a range of reports, including site forms, interim reports, and final reports for HCA-permitted projects. As part of the team working on major infrastructure projects, I contributed to the preparation of technical reports and archaeological site forms, ensuring they met the compliance requirements of clients, regulators, and Indigenous groups involved in the projects.
